Have We Met? Let me introduce myself...... My name is Charli T. Manross. I was born in East Texas near Nacogdoches and grew up in Orange, TX. Most of my adult life I lived in Houston, where I owned a real estate company with 3 offices. During that time I practiced and taught all phases of real estate. I taught Real Estate Marketing at San Jacinto College. I also taught real estate marketing for several nationwide franchises. For 5 years I chaired tax protest hearings for the Harris County Appraisal district in Houston. I have recieved many prestigious designations and awards for my real estate activity such as: GRI - Graduate of Realtors Institute, Multi-Million Dollar Producer year after year, top sales associate, top listing associate, top production associate and more. Wherever I have lived, I have always been a volunteer - my way of giving back. I served as chairman of the board of directors of the North Chamel YMCA. I served on many other boards of directors - Friends of the Library, Crime Stoppers, and the Woodforest Home Owners Association. I was a member of the Houston Downtown Rotary Club - the largest rotary club in the world! I also graduated from the Harris County Police Academy and gave the commencement address at my graduation. One of the highlights of my volunteer work was the summer my husband and I manned a ranger station at Mount Rainier National Park in Washington State. My family, for the most part, lives in the Houston area. My husband, Don Anderson is a retired real estate broker. We have children in Austin, TX and Seattle, WA and we have 5 grandchildren. We moved to Wimberley permanently 15 years ago. We love the hills and streams and the eclectic mix of people here - artists, writers, musicians, bankers, and librarians! It is very easy to market an area that I love so much! Call me today. |
